We started off by owning 2 restaurants, then started selling food for fairs and events in Wisconsin. We were honored and awarded by travel host magazine for best bbq in Wisconsin. Now we like to vendor food to fairs and events down in Texas during the winter months. We sell slow smoked pork,brisket and chicken sandwiches with our homemade bbq sauce and cornbread!
