The Texas Association of Fairs & Events Award of Excellence Competition honors fairs, festivals, cities, counties, and events in Texas for exceptional promotional and media efforts. If you've managed notable marketing programs, submit them for recognition and share ideas with peers. The TAF&E’s Marketing and Communications Awards highlight achievements and provide a platform to learn from others while acknowledging the contributions of staff, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters in the industry.

1.You can complete one form with all of your award entries, or multiple.
2.Fill in all Contact & Organization Information including Event Name, Website & Year of Event
3.Check corresponding attendance for your event
4.Click 1 for every award your submitting for
5.URL links are for VIDEO entries only. THEY MUST BE UPLOADED TO YOUTUBE and provide the youtube link only. Dropbox, Google Drive, or other cloud drive’s will NOT be accepted.(No exceptions)
6. For all .Audio Entries, email tafeawards@gmail.com the mp3 file or a link to your cloud account with tafeawards@gmail.com as an acceptable viewer of file.
7.For all picture entries, email tafeawards@gmail.com all .png or .jpg files. Files must be under 5mb (each)
8.For multipage entries, email tafeawards@gmail.com the file in .png, .jpg, or .pdf. Files MUST BE UNDER 15MB. To reduce size, only submit first few pages.
9.Once you submit and pay for the awards entries, email your submissions to tafeawards@gmail.com Please do so immediately following submitting this form and not waiting until deadline.

- Please Proof your entry before submitting
- No abbreviations, spell out the event or organization name
- Reduce chances for failed emails, only send 15mb in total per email.
