The Texas Association of Fairs & Events is now accepting submissions for Talent Showcases to be held during the 2027 Convention on January 7-9, 2027 at the McAllen Convention Center in McAllen, Texas. Below is the information regarding the talent showcases.
As in years past, a limited number of stage acts will be selected for the Talent Showcases that will take place during the Friday evening dinner on January 8, and on Saturday, January 9, during the luncheon and evening banquet functions. To submit acts for consideration you must be a current TAFE associate member. If you currently are not a member of TAF&E, you may still send in materials for consideration; however, you must submit online membership (see website –
www.texasfairs.com) simultaneously.
The deadline for submitting materials for consideration in
any or all of the showcase options is 5 p.m. CST on
Monday , September 28, 2026. Materials received after that deadline will
not be considered.
All press kits submissions MUST BE electronic and MP4 files. A URL to a website that contains the required EPK info will be accepted as well.
