2027 ASSOCIATE Members Ray Cammack Show's Awards Entry

For Marketing & Communications


The Texas Association of Fairs & Events Award of Excellence Competition recognizes fairs, festivals, cities, counties, and events across the state for outstanding promotions and superior examples of promotional and media initiatives. If you have produced or coordinated outstanding marketing programs, share them with your colleagues from around the state and gain the recognition your fair or event deserves. TAFE Marketing and Communications Awards allow members to learn from one another and share great ideas while also providing an opportunity to recognize the efforts of the staff, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters who make our fairs and events possible. All Entries will be divided into 6 attendance categories.

ONLINE ENTRY SUBMISSION

ONLINE ENTRIES WILL OPEN:
SEPTEMBER 1, 2025
ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2026.
Only Online Submissions will be accepted

JUDGING

A pool of judges will be assembled representing professionals in the areas of promotions, public relations, advertising, media relations and fair and festival planning and management. Judges’ decisions are final.

Entries submitted incorrectly may be disqualified and not refunded. TAFE is not responsible for incorrect entry submissions.


2027 Associate Members Ray Cammack Shows Awards of Excellence

The Texas Association of Fairs & Events Award of Excellence Competition honors fairs, festivals, cities, counties, and events in Texas for exceptional promotional and media efforts. If you've managed notable marketing programs, submit them for recognition and share ideas with peers. The TAF&E’s Marketing and Communications Awards highlight achievements and provide a platform to learn from others while acknowledging the contributions of staff, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters in the industry.

1.You can complete one form with all of your award entries, or multiple.

2.In section 1, fill in all contact information.

3.In Section 2, click qty 1 for every entry you are submitting for.

4.In Section 3, for every entry you are submitting for enter url video link or upload image. Files must be under 5mb (each)

URL links are for VIDEO entries only. THEY MUST BE UPLOADED TO YOUTUBE and provide the youtube link only. Dropbox, Google Drive, or other cloud drive’s will NOT be accepted.(No exceptions)

5. Once you click submit and pay for the awards entries you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:

  • Please Proof your entry before submitting
  • No abbreviations, spell out the event or organization name
  • Don't know how to upload to YouTube? Click on this link for instructions
  • Still have question- email tafeawards@gmail.com and allow 24 hours for a response
